SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & Return Policy

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  

 

We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Beauticurist does not offer refunds or exchanges  on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to thebeauticurist@outlook.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that ‘YOU Skincare’ shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

When will you ship my order?

We try our best to ship your package out within 1-4 business days (this is the time we pack up your products and hand it to the post office, please allow additional transit time). 

 

Please understand the shipping time is not the time you place the order but from the time it dispatch from our shop.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
